Our studio is equipped with a multirack, stretching table, speed pulley, sprung floor, foam plyobox, viking press, and accessories such as kettlebells and ruck vests.

1:1 Personal Training

Personal training sessions allow you to focus on the movement and work out in an environment void of judgement. We are here to champion you forward with guidance and enthusiasm as you work towards your fitness goals.

Sessions for people who are immunocompromised

Standard gyms can be high risk and a barrier to starting your fitness journey when you are immunocompromised. Not only do we sanitize our equipment between customers, we’re happy to mask up during your session to minimize risk.
